In Feb 2010, in our bid to make services more accessible to the at-risk youths, we have brought the services into the youths' enclave in Tampines. These are youths identified to be at-risk of influences of gangs or in moral danger.

We hope through this service, the youths would have access to the resources available for them in making responsible choices in relation to themselves and others.
